3 away games? Dont get me wrong I love seeing the Tigers play in Death Valley. But the recent posts of people complaining about the schedule makes me just want to point out the home away factor.

LSU is not playing at the schools we Pay
to play. Idaho and Townson would be terrible road trips.

I'd rather play a good team in Dallas than play a shitty team like Idaho or North Texas in Tiger Stadium. Those games are the college version of preseason football

sorry for the fuzzy math and the use of the word always. Yes we play 8 home games this year and 4 away. My question remains is that fair?

Home games = money, which is why the 1 and dones. Fans don't like this but that's just the reality.

LSU only had 6 home games in 2011 & 2005. Was that fair? Also, LSU will always have at least 4 road games, going to 4 SEC opponents' stadiums, every yr.

I had to read through 4 or 5 posts to determine if this thread were serious or sarcasm.

I still don't know

my only complaint about Dallas is dealing with the Jerry Jones welfare program for his season ticket holders...you want us, we get first dibs on tickets....

You play 8 conference games and have no input as to which are home-away.

For the other 4 games we get to decide, do we want someone to pay us to come there, or just give some team a million dollars to come here. With as much as we bring-in per home game, we chose the later.

We usually mix-in one Home-and-Home series (West Virginia, Washington, VaTech) or a Neutral-site game (Oregon, TCU). This season looks like it's all home because we traveled to Washington last time.

Bama plays 4 away, but compare where we play away and where they play. Big difference. So no

What is this, some sort of research paper question?
