Right. What does the Florida game have to do with McCarron having a torn meniscus?
I know I'm talking to a brick wall but I'm interested to see what other gems you post.
it has nothing to do with it. I was responding to whoever said "alabama isn't beating lsu without mccarron" when I just watched florida do it

That makes no sense.

built to stop the run either like say a florida
Yeah, ok. We dropped the game but Florida's dline is hardly Bama's or LSU's.
But go ahead and say more bogus stuff.

This makes no sense whatsoever.

sure it does. It was posed that it's inconceivable for alabama to beat lsu without aj mccarron. Florida passed for fewer than 100 yards on lsu and won the game. While it would hurt alabama's chances to beat lsu without mccarron, it's not inconceivable to say that alabama could still win that game. If you're too much of a homer to admit that then I don't know what to tell you

I will bet you $1000 that Bama will not beat LSU without McCarron. A fresh meat QB + Death Valley at night with 92,000 drunk as frick coonasses=a total goat frick.
Posted on 10/16/12 at 5:35 pm to sheek
take that money to vegas, because an undefeated alabama will be the favorite with or without mccarron, so you can get lsu and points

this is alabama we're talking about partner. You're in for a surprise if you expect any of them to be intimidated. They've all succeeded on the big stage and been in a raucous stadium

It's not inconceivable that I'll win the Powerball lottery either but I wouldn't bet on that.

Ironic. I saw a team score a whopping 6 points AT HOME with less than 100 yards passing and I've never heard a fan of that school admit that the better team won that night.
Posted on 10/16/12 at 5:38 pm to la_birdman
i'm just saying...6 points against florida, good luck against alabama.

The better team that night won. I think it was made pretty clear in january who the best team in the country was though

Those typically don't get repaired, they get removed. 6-8 weeks recovery time
Not completely true. I tore mine and they did repair it. The procedure depends on the tear. Mine was split in the middle and I walked on it for 4 more weeks. It was making a clicking noise and then began to swell more and more. My Dr told me that due to my walking on it for 4 weeks, the bone on bone friction wore the lower bone until it had a pin sized hole. If I had waited much longer it would have led to an eventual knee replacement. In my case, they stitched the two large pieces back together and cut some frayed pieces off of the sides.
If the tear is on the outer edge, they simply cut off that small piece. I can definately say that the scope/procedure causes significant pain for about a week. The swelling remains for about 3 and it does effect your mobility. It was about 5-6 weeks before I could bend my knee like before the surgery.
