Truly makes no sense. I don't mean the strategy of winning long term makes no sense, I mean the argument in this case makes no sense
Is winning a title 3 years from now somehow better than right now? They had a shot to do it NOW, how is it a legit argument to say "yeah but he MIGHT get hurt, then we won't have him for next year"?
Notre dame is undefeated and going for a national title. Should they sit their veteran qbs do develop gunner kiel for a possible title run two years from now?
