What species do you want mounted?
ETA: David Luke is phenomenal for birds and is in Breaux Bridge. Just don't be impatient; I still haven't received my bird I dropped off in January. It's worth the wait & money though.

Whitetail, I suppose that would help.

Mr David has definitely been slower this year than in the past.

I talked to him a few hours ago and he told me he was guiding in Alaska for salmon for close to a month and that it really slowed him down. He's back on a roll now. Can't wait to go back to pick up my bird. His studio is awesome to witness and I can eat at Poche's.

What's he mounting for you? My blind partners dropped off a Mottled and a Pintail around the same time and got theirs back a couple months ago.

Man that's gonna look great. I started a show your mounts thread a while back that you need to bump with a picture when you get it back. I have a mallard he did for me two years ago that's a beauty.

i thought you said it was a whitetail? Its a fricking horse moose.

Link it. I will definitely bump when I get pics. I've got around 50 or so mounts between me and my pops if you include european mounts. Deer, record elk, pronghorn, turtles, turkey, squirrels, fox, magpie, owl ( ), quail, peacock bass, warthog, sailfish, roosters, and much more.
