I'll assume since I did not or , that your post did not apply to me.

Regardless, it's a freaking dog and pony show. He fricked up. The Patterson and him are trying to figure out how to deal with this while minimizing his impact to TCU football and the QB's future. They'll put him in rehab to stay PC (highly unlikely that he's a raging alcoholic at 21...especially as a star athlete). They'll say he's recovered and he's all better. He comes back with minimal impact to everyone and including himself.

It's stupid. He fricked up and should be off the team. Most people get fired from their jobs for DWIs and drug posessions. Why is he any different?

Not really. In fact many large companies do their best to not drug test their employees any longer becasue it is so pervasive.

Becasue he is a young athlete that has the oppurtunity to do great things. He has a support system not available to many due to his age, parents, abilities, and university support. Why should he not use that to his full advantage to improve himself?

No. This one does.

One of your teams will not win a game.

The other one just got beat by TCU.

Welcome to the Big Leagues yourself.
