Will USCe score more than 50 points? A guy at my work wants to bet me that they score 50 points on the Tigers.
I'm a SC fan and I say no way in hell. Take his money.

LSU has to get the passing game going or it's going to be tough sledding for the tigers. SC has 4 SR linebackers, and one of the best D-lines in the nation (as most of you know). If LSU can't get the passing game going, SC will simply stack the box with 7 or 8 and shut down the run. Watch the replay of the UGA game from this weekend, that's exactly what they did (in contrast to the Mizzou game where they "only" rushed 4 and dropped 7 in coverage). They totally dominated on both sides of the ball. Now, I'm not suggesting that in this upcoming game the gamecocks O-line is going to run over LSU's D-line, but the reverse could be true. IF SC forces LSU to become 1 dimensional (or Miles chooses to be so with his play calling), this could be a very tough game for the tigers. Given that LSU ran the ball 25 times for 42 yards vs Fla, this plays right into the hands of SC's defense.
Look for SC to call run plays consistently (65% of the time hand off's to Lattimore, and 35% of the time QB draws and zone read QB runs), and set up the passing game with play action. Looks for 50-60 run plays and 15-20 pass plays. They will look to ground and pound and control the clock.
I won't call a score, but I think it's a low scoring affair with the cocks prevailing by 7 or less.
