Im in. And it's good to exclude Luthor. He's lame and always cheesy.

I read this and got really nervous that Nolan was going to direct another comic trilogy. Good to see he's only producing, though I know some producers practically direct. Hopefully it doesn't take too much time.

In live action, so far yes. But Luthor has not even close to been properly adapted to the big screen. Luthor should not have anything to do with real estate schemes.
