The "reveal" scene towards the end of Crazy Stupid Love where Steve Carell figures out his daughter is dating Ryan Gosling, his old best friend comes over because of the naked pictures of his daughter, who his son is in love with, and then Kevin Bacon shows up and gets sucker punched, then they all brawl. I laughed my arse off.
You could pick about 7 different scenes from Super Troopers.
Mel Brooks as already mentioned.
The opening scene to the first Scary Movie.
Pretty much sums up every 90's horror movie.

Number 1 for me would have to be the scene in the principal's office in Porky's where Balbricker wants them to put out an APB on the tallywacker. 
I can also watch the bathtub scene from Money Pit over & over again and lose it every time.
