Second on the waiver wire this week.... D. Thomas, Choice, and Bilal Powell are guys available I would consider.

I think Thomas and Choice are short term answers. Anybody think Powell can take over in New York? It's slim pickens but I really need some depth at RB.

My RBS: Turner, Forte, Bush, Wells

(Mikel Leshoure not available - was drafted in my league)

It won't take much for that to happen. He's worth stashing.

I always go with long term fixes. But short termed can turn into long termers

So the consensus here was Powell was the better pick up of the three? I am a similar situation as the OP and both Choice and Powell are available.

Choice is extremely short term, and as a previous owner of Thomas, I think he's always 1 snap away from being injured and useless.

I've got a waiver pick out for LeShoure, but if I don't get him, I have room to stash Powell. I'll probably do it.

Powell is the long term stash.

Choice is a solid bye week filler.

Similar situation. I am targeting Powell and Lamar Miller(?), the dude behind Daniel Thomas whose name I cannot recall. Thought about Choice, who may be good for a one week fill in, but I need some long term. Powell first, Lamar second.

I will pile into to this thread instead of making a new one.

Should my first waiver request be Leshoure or F Jax?

I just realized someone dropped FJax and know someone already has a waiver claimed on him but I come before them. So which one should I go with?

Jets signed a running back today off Texans practice squad. Read that by rule, he has to be on the active roster. Is McKnight healthy? Jets and Bills running back situation is about to get confusing.

would anyone suggest picking up Ryan Grant since he just signed with Washington or would that be dumb?

I grabbed Andre Brown last week and he got me a crapload of points. But, now that Bradshaw is back I think he may be done....
I'm thinking I drop him for Leshoure. Sound right?

If you have another option to drop, I'd hold on to Brown another week. But definitely go after Leshoure.

Leshoure. That backfield is his. They completely abandoned Kevin Smith as Leshoure got like 30 touches.

Why did yall wait a week to get Powell? I picked him up last week in FA along with Andre Brown. Gotta be quicker on the take so you won't waste a WW spot. Also Leshoure should've been gotten last week.
