Would it be safe to say that this could be a very dangerous team?

I know it is only the 2nd game but I have heard nothing but "OMFG Denver is Scary Good" bla bla bla

Nobody ever gives ATL any respect. I think they have a very potent offense and if they can beef up their defense they could be a very serious danger this season.

Your thoughts?

Because they beat sub par teams to get into the playoffs then get blown out. Until they can fix that it will remain the same.

A lot of people think Atlanta can do fine in the regular season, I don't think anyone would be too surprised if they win on MNF (I expect Atlanta to win).

To get real respect the Falcons need to win at least a couple of games in the playoffs.

Without Grimes, Atlanta cannot stop Denver's offense. At the same time, Denver's D is playing well and relatively healthy. So Denver definitely has the edge in a shoot-out, and I take Peyton over Matt Ryan any day in a shoot out.

The Falcon always choke on primetime. Peyton will eat that secondary for lunch.
