After a loss, I go through a couple of phases. There's my post defeat nap, followed by some grief eating. Then I go through my "realizing what's really important" phase in which I spend more time with my family. Then I focus on getting things accomplished that I've been putting off, and then there's acceptance.

I'm all better now.

I'm exactly the same, but I think I'm still stuck on the grief eating/drinking phase for now.

Damn.. that's a pretty big defeat routine.. I just say "well.. that really blows" and move on..

I can relate to this
With the exception of San Francisco playoff loss from which a piece of my soul was destroyed and may never grow back..
