AD23 or the Cornerstone? (assuming both stay healthy)

I am guessing Gordon will put up 25 ppg and help lead the Beeshow to the playoffs!

that's actually a pretty good question.

i'll say EG offensively and AD defensively. EG more overall, though.

Eric Gordon. We really needed a scorer last year

Anthony Davis by far, both on and off the court. He is the future, the rest of the league is frickED MON. Game over.

Whenever the game is decided by 3 or less though, who do you want the ball to go to? Cornerstone for me

the future is the key word there.

AD will be good. but this season, EG will be the go-to player.

They will both be equally impactful.
EG: 30 ppg Davis: 15 rpg, 2.7 bpg.

That is a good question. I think the impact will be bigger for Davis. Since he is a rookie and we really don't know what he will gave since most of us didn't really pay attention to him before being on our team and he didn't play much in the olympics... the possibilities are endless. I feel whatever impact he does have will be major, good or bad. I firmly believe he will have a positive impact on our HORNETS team.

i say EG by a substantial margin. that's contingent on him staying healthy though. scoring was a glaring weakness last year and EG's ability to do just that is what is going to make him our MVP this year

I think AD's impact will be magnified b/c he is a top pick who played for team USA. There's a lot of excitment and hype surrounding him. And I'm thinking Gordon will be the player who quietly has the biggest impact. Though most will focus on Davis because of what he brings to the table (alley oops, Blocks, etc), Gordon will quietly lead this team in scoring and make things happen on offense.

I think it depends on how well Vasquez/Rivers play the point. Davis will likely need their help to get points on ally-ops and getting the ball inside. Gordon can create his own shot. However, Gordon needs to stay healthy an entire year too.

Damn...I'm going to go with AD because of his defense.

I hope you are right, but I feel like the Hornets will be a lottery pick .
