Cut the baby in half.

Let me give you an example. My family has 4 season tickets. There are four of us in my family. My parents dont go to games often, but games like Bama....they go. My Brother and I go to most of the games. My wife has never come to a lot of games, but now that we live out of town, when we are in BR she comes.
For Bama everyone is using a ticket, so my wife is ticketless. It is MY responsibility to find her a ticket. Not to con my brother or one of my parents out of one. Fortunately I found one, but had I not, she would have been out of luck, not my family. So tell BIL to piss off.

So she married an Auburn fan, wants your tickets, and assumes she has a right to the game of the century of the week?
Easy, make her disappear.

The brother in law is the obvious driving force behind this one.

She disqualified herself. Tell her she's SOL.

I carry pepper spray to the game, and if somone offends me by battering me while bumping into me while I'm entering the stadium, I let it fly for self defense purposes. Tell her she doesn't want to chance getting pepper sprayed as I will not try to avoid being bumped by her Auburn fan husband.

Who pays for them? If you pay for them tell to go suck it. If they are family tickets paid for by someone other than you either give her the tickets and just be nice about it or you take one ticket and give her the other. besides if you go with option 2 her husband does not even have a dog in the fight he is an Auburn fan.

My kids had to sort this out also. One ended up with Bama, the other ended up with the other 3 SEC games.

You should call out your BIL for being a pussy and using your sister to try to manipulate you. Get that fricker on a leash now or you'll be dealing with his shite until a few years after your parents die and he has made every attempt to get all of your parent's money.
Seriously, you need to keep an eye on that fricker.

... never give tickets to Auburn folks ... give them , if you must give them, to Tiger ( the LSU kind ... ) folks ...

Your "stake" in the tickets may be equal, but there's no way that you or your sister pay for them. If so, there's not even a need for this question. Each person uses the ticket(s) he or she pays for.
Because your parents or someone else pay for them, it's their choice. Imho, best option is for your rents to give you both a ticket and let your sister take her husband to AU next year.

No.
She wasn't interested in going to the game before. She has left tickets unused in the past. She set you up in front of the family with that question. She chose the single most relevant game of this season.
One word, one syllable, two letters: NO!
