Because they just had a house with no power for several days while Demco customers in the same areas never lost power or had minimal outages? Is that a reason? That Fortune 500 rating means abaolutely dick when customers are literally left in the dark due to the incompetence of a company who is supposed to be a leader in this sector across the country.

So you guys think that entergy didn't want your power turned on? Btw entergy makes money when you buy the power. I appreciate you guys paying your bills btw
