I live approximately 2 miles from the Entergy office in Labadieville and can say that these people have been working their asses off. I have a few friends that work for Entergy and know that they have been working 16 hour shifts during this time of need. Most of the problems for this storm compared to Gustav is that this storm did not have huge trees knocking out huge areas of service. It's taking more time to assess than anything.
