Millerville Target is open.
I went earlier and they were throwing out everything in their freezers and coolers.

Oh, darn, I'm out of milk. I hope they have some tomorrow.
After Gustav a clerk told me it is mandatory for them to throw out frozen and refrigerated food if the power has been out for over a four hours.
