My house has power. We lost it for about 20 minutes. Hope it stays.

Deville. No power. Generator running everything but the AC. I live .5 miles off main road so it may be a while before I get power depending on the source.

cb6030, I am a deville white trash at home crossfitter. I have been wanting to check y'all out, but cannot see paying the fee. I do the girls and push really hard... Suck at snatch and OHS. That is why I feel I need to cough up the dough.

Power was out here on Phil. Rd from 4-8 then came back on. Went out again at 10 for 15 seconds. Keeping fingers crossed.

Snatch will frick you up if you don't do it with perfect form, and most people don't. Some trainers say if you haven't mastered the technique by age 12 you'll never have the neuromuscular adaptation to do it correctly. It looks cool, but there are other exercises that get the job done with less risk of injury.

Oh, and dead calm here in the piney woods a little north of Alec. A little breezy and some light showers earlier.

Wind seems to be kicking up a bit in Pineville. Nothing major at all, but sideways rain and certainly stronger than before.

Nice Off topic banter... Just got power back. AC set on 60 ; )

Signing off for the night. Will do the next open or charity event at CFA. When you see the name Hoosier some where in the worst regestered time, lol, introduce yourself

Learned my snatch technique years ago at Don Fields. After many years of practice it is still impeccable.

It looks like all we got here in Alexandria is a little bit of rain and some occasional strong gusts.

It will rain all day, but nothing bad enough to damage anything IMO.

This is what I think as well. They are still calling for 25-35mph winds and some possible flash flooding but I just don't see that happening. I think that the worst of it for us is over.

We did not lose power because i took the time to fix my generator. Had I left it there not working, the entire Parish would be out. You're welcome.
