maybe maybe not, i don't know. I would want a generator that could run a good size camper with no prob. I figured the price difference between a 7k and a 10kish wasn't always too much. How far can a 6500 take me?

I really like the Generac portables. As good as the Honda's in my book.
7500 watts isn't as important as how many amps is available. You would need about a 20kw unit to power a small home including central A/C.
If no need to run a central A/C or an electric hot water heater anything between 5.5kw - 10 kw will run about anything you really need. Generac portables
BTW-The generator you listed isn't really a 10000 watt generator. More like a 7500 watt with 10000 watt surge,much like the GP7500E Generac

we have a 5000 honda and it will run the camper and two refridgerators in the house. but then again its a honda
