Anybody know who is our football North Carolina recruiting connection?
Lewis Neal, Greg Gilmore.... We're in on Tyquan Lewis and now I see we're in on 2014 TE Jeb Blazevich? What or who is the connection?

The SEC I pretty popular over here. The best players in the area know that playing in the SEC is the highest level of college football. USC obviously gets a lot of recruits followed by Florida and UGA traditionally.

LSU is starting to make a dent in North Carolina. With Lewis Neal already in the fold and Greg Gilmore coming after his mom gives LSU her blessings, we will have garnered two of the top 25 players from the state. CarolinaPreps.com
There are already five 2014 guys from NC on page one of the 2014 Commits thread that have expressed interest in LSU too. I believe all of them other than this QB are linemen.
also four or five from South Carolina in there.

Then explain the kids from Illinois, California, Tennessee, South Carolina and Ohio we've gotten the past few years.
We are starting to recruit nationally and States who don't have traditional football powers (UNC & NCST) are easy targets for powerhouse programs.
Unless of couse you can come up with another reason.

All in good fun.
I, for one can't wait for Big Blue and tOSU to get back to that top tier. I always enjoyed watching that rivalry when both schools were at their best.
