It's going to tough for him to die in Essos considering he's holding Storm's End in the books
I might have mentioned that I have several hundred pages to go.
So - I'll modify - if Young Griff is Aegon, and isn't going to die abruptly in Storm's End - why hasn't he shown up in the show?
Evidence against his being a legitimate Targ heir and/or the 3rd head of the dragon are his complete absence in the show.

They are consolidating characters left and right in the show. I wouldn't read too much into the fact that he's not in it

Sorry it's from Arianne's sample chapter in TWOW. I didn't mean to spoil you.

Oh I agree I was just being a smartass. I hate the secret Targ theories and like others have mentioned previously it cheapens Tyrion's scene with Tywin in the bathroom.
I think that he will be the downfall of Dorne though as the Martells revolt causing another war. The war of the four queens

Another hint that Aegon is Blackfyre is the company of sellswords that is now in his service that broke their original contract with Myr because "Some contracts are writ in ink, and some in blood".

I have a theory on this:
In the books, Dany will marry Aegon in order to consolidate power, despite suspicions about his legitimacy.
In the show, Dany will marry Trystane Martell, which will serve the same purpose as in the book, but helps show writers to eliminate the Aegon and Arrianne story lines.
