Loras will end up Kingsguard and not be the heir anymore and then they will probably mention that Willas is the heir. Not sure why they would change it unless they just say that Loras was heir due to Willas being crippled.

You're probably right but I don't think Willas even exists in the show.
The Queen of Thornes probably wouldn't have balked at putting Loras on the Kingsguard if Willas was in the picture as heir.
I'm probably in the minority on this but I think the show could follow through with the Cersei/Loras wedding.
It would reinforce Tywin's total control over the crown and add for entertaining scenes between Loras and Cersei.
And it wouldn't change too much in the grand scheme of things.
