Possibly, but based on the envoy's visit with Jon at the Wall, the Iron Bank of Braavos is not in favor of dragons at all... He gets upset when Jon jokes, "A dragon sure could warm things up."
Dany's dragons could cost the bank a lot of debtors.
Then again, maybe they want a dragon of their own to combat Dany's.

Braavosi abhor the dragons
They were originally just refugees of essos
it was the dragon riding valyrians that forced them into hiding for so long and it wasnt until the Doom that they came out of hiding again

I think Braavos was an escape for the Valyrian slaves. They are definitely anti-dragon.
