Riddle's laser precise striking makes Anderson Silva look like a bum

Did anyone see Strikeforce last night. Nate Marquardt looked great after his long layoff

I agree Didn't look to shabby at 170.

Has "T-Wood" woke up from this knockout yet? That was a sick fricking combo by Nate!

Undersized pudgy heavyweights never make it. You're a professional athlete. Eat like one.

I've been working on that downward elbow to the backside of the ear. I have a LE buddy that has been pushing it on me for a while but 2 things, a) I'm not tall b) I don;t have a strong MT background so I'm not fantastic with elbows.. I will say this, even at 50% speed, that shot is crippling.

Good call. I'd say theyre in better shape than Jordan.

Prime example of this is Beltran. Yes, he sucks, but he cut the unnecessary weight with ease. That pic with Browne says it all. He is not a heavyweight.

he lost his debut at LHW so maybe he shouldnt have

Dropping from HW to LHW almost never works out like it does dropping from WW to LW or something like that. HWs are slow as hell and way less skilled than any other division. Ask Brandon Vera.

Sure seems easier to survive in the middle of that pack at HW. that's for sure.

Just hard for me to get behind a guy that doesn't appear to strive for greatness.

The two pudgy, undersized HWs you mentioned look similar, but have something special in the skillset, that's for sure.

Just tired of seeing guys like Madsen, Tuchscherer, Beltran, etc just come in to be punching bags to the stars.

Even though I've only seen a small sample, Jordan looks like anything but a punching bag.

He's definitely no punching bag, but like I've said since day one... He's too small to ever make a serious contender.

Btw. How about Guillard vs Cerrone? Should be a pretty interesting fight. Melvin said Cerrone called him and said "let's give the fans some fire works"

That's tough for Melvin, like them both but cowboy is the better fighter at this point.

Cerrone is very well rounded. His technical striking and slick submissions make him a tough fight for anyone at LW.

I don't doubt Cerrone will swing with him, but, that being said, if he's getting smashed in Round 1, do you just say frick it and sub him?

Yes.... The ultimate goal is to win. I think Cerrone is disciplined and technical enough to stay on the out side and strike with Melvin. His problems begin if he starts getting wild and stays in the pocket.

Rashad Evans is considering a move to MW. He should do it.

I think it's a great move. He wrestled around that weight in college. A great first fight would be Belcher.
