Any way to get season tickets?

Is there any way to get season tickets other than being rich, related to a player or staff member, being a student or blowing someone high on the totem pole? I'm just a regular scrub who loves LSU football! Nothing special.

Make donations to TAF... And then sit on the waiting list for 5-10 yrs... Some people sell their season tix packages on stubhub.com and ticketmaster

Tickets will be availible before each game on the street around tiger stadium. Even the Bama game there will be tickets to find. Now that kind of strategy to getting tickets is not for everybody because you have to be persistant and you can't just relax and tailgate you need to be looking for tickets on game day but that being said there will be tickets available for each game including Bama. Ask TigahRag on the ticket exchange if you want more details, He seems to have the down low on all things cheap football tickets.

You should join TAF, contribute Min. $100/yr. Why did you not do this LONG ago? Don't have to be wealthy, just think in advance a little. If you can contribute more put in as philanthropic contribution...$1000/yr would prob. give you enough points w/in 4-5 yrs. simple
Or, purchase those for sale here/elsewhere for slightly more than cost...again, simple.

How many are you looking for?

If you have a really hot daughter who is 25 - 30 years old, single, and no kids, then we might negotiate.

The way I understand the TAF website, if you donate $100 / year, you get 1 priority point.
You can obtain another 2 points per year for donating $1000 to "philanthropic" projects.
This is the very top of what I would consider, but there are additional points available to those that donate $5K, $10K, $25K.
My question is what does the waiting list look like? How many priorirty points do you need to start getting tickets. I would assume once you made it up there to the top of the list you would start out with upper deck tickets. How much would you need to get in the bowl?

I've been donating $100/yr for 6 years plus philanthropic donations when I can. This year I probably had enough to get tickets but I forgot to get on the waiting list. That's the cheapest way. I would start doing that now and just try and find face value season tickets until you can get tickets of your own.
You get 3 points for the $100 yearly donation. I think you also get a tenth of a point for donating a tenth of the $1,000 philanthropic donation.

Everyone's mentioned StubHub, and that's legit but you will pay probably more than face.
I found a friend of a friend who planned to let his go, but preferred that someone he knew could enjoy them. He does all the communicating with TAF and I pay all the fees. He hands over the tickets.
