I found a random draft order generator that takes up to 25 teams. You put in everyones teams and emails and it sends it out to everyone. Odds in one conference, evens in another. Or first 12 in one, second 12 in another.

I might just pull names from a hat. I could put everyone except Lester and CE in, and the first 11 that I pull are with Les.
