Well... him and Roman to be honest.. It was never a good match.
I'm sure he was just trying to get his name out there again... he rolled the dice, but I'm guessing he figured the fans would get it out of their system after a couple of weeks...

Me too, knowing Roman.
No owner is going to let a coach say that and have a job. NONE.
quote:
Yeah, that's what he said: "I really feel disappointed with a group of fans, because they don't do any favours to the team. They should support the players instead of wasting time preparing banners or singing songs [against him]." He's saying a vocal group of fans is putting more effort into whining about him then they are into cheering for their team. Which is true...they strolled to a 2-0 win today and some fans were still chanting against him. That's bush league.
I didn't see the match, but all of this came as a surprise to me. Normally, if the fans are chanting anti-Rafa stuff, there are a lot of tweets about it on my timeline. The only time I saw it mentioned was the 16th minute RDM chant. So I don't know what was being sung, but don't assume it was happening more today than normal.

I get you. But it gets old. At a certain point just deal with it. We get it, you don't like him.

I'm sure he'll find another job just fine. He's not going to get treated at other clubs the way he's been treated at Chelsea.
He will. This will have more of a negative effect on Chelsea than Benitez.

Correct, but I support the club.

So why didn't Rafa just be a professional and deal with it. If every manager in any sport cared about what the fans heckled at him, they'd go nuts. Most are professional enough to deal with it. The FSW isn't. He's blaming others for his failures. That's a shitty attitude.

Who in their right mind, after all of this, actually wants to manage Chelsea?

I don't know. Chelsea is the first sports team to ever blow through managers because of a crazy owner and they never will win again.

Here's what me thinks...
They will let Rafa be the manaher for WBA then they will sack him after the game like the last two manahers. I really think at this point, the interim interim manaher will be either Avram Grant or a player manaher like JT or Super Frank. No way Rafa lasts through the weekend. At this point, roman might be holding off so the fans can have a go at him Saturday then release him afterwards. Ron Gourlay, Bruce Buck and Michael Emenalo are the ones tearing the club apart. They must be let go as well.

Rafa is a whiny POS, why do you think he can't get along with anybody anywhere he goes?

They would have if he didn't do a miserable job on top of everything else.

Lol, this ensures we get rid of him which is a HUGE positive for Chelsea.

Any manager with ambition that wants to manage a club that wants to win and has the resources to do so?
Liverpool shouldn't be casting too many stones on that front having had 5 managers in the last 8 years themselves.

Howard Webb has the honors of leading the match against Man U at Old Trafford this weekend. We are fricked.

Well, I am now free at 12:30 on Sunday afternoon. No desire to watch the crapshow that is sure to ensue.

I said the same thing. Man U will get at least 2 PKs, an offsides goal and probably a couple of Chelsea sendoffs.

The only thing interesting about this match will be seeing how Webb tries to outdo the rape job we got from Clattenberg. You know he wants to regain his status as Fergie's bestie.
