Followed on twitter... Will watch when I get back to NOLA tomorrow night... Sounded sloppy, but entertaining...

The back line was, the attacking players were not. Its a very enjoyable one. Definitely watch when you get home.

That was a good game. I wish the team just continues its progress. I would have liked Yesil to play in the first half instead of Pacheco. I hope Brendan tries out Yesil soon.

I'm pretty disappointed. I really was looking forward to seeing him play.

Me too. As I've said in this thread, I don't rate Pacheco and don't think he has a future at LFC.

Why don't you rate him? It's easy. You can use a 1 to 10 scale or maybe even a 20 to 80 scale.

Some quotes from Sahin:

quote:

Meanwhile, Sahin revealed he would be happy to make his stay at Liverpool a permanent one. The Turkey midfielder believes he has joined "the best team in England" at Anfield and praised the influence of skipper Steven Gerrard at the club.

quote:

"I went out on loan after three meetings with Mourinho. I chose Liverpool because I wanted to play at a club with a historical tradition," he said.

quote:

"I have played at big clubs in Germany and Spain and now I play for the best team in England.

quote:

"Steven Gerrard is a fantastic player and captain. He looks after the younger players, especially Raheem Sterling. I can learn many things from him, it's an honour to play alongside him."

Hopefully we'll get the chance to see him in the Udinese fixture. Credit to Rodgers for giving Pacheco a shot but I think we'd all agree we got nothing out of that spot until Borini's haircut came on.

Got to love the title of this article. Great highlights though. Seems like it was an awesome game.

Thoughts on Wisdom's header: I wanna see him take that goal celebration to one of the corners

SAF wrote an awesome letter to the Manchester United fans and it will be passed out to them at the game Sunday. I'll try and link it.

Also,

quote:

Rodgers with a huge smile on his face "Are you confident he (Luis) will shake hands on Sunday? Very." #LFC
