I prefer raw fish, either in rolls or on rice, with minimal sauce. For me it is Sushi Yama all the way...

Really? In surprised by the answers. I went to Yama once and the service was horrendous. The sushi was pretty good but probably didn give it a fair chance. Maybe I'll have to try again sometime

If you aren't looking to spend a lot go to Ichiban...
If money isn't a factor and want the best sushi in town by far, go to Yama.

Best actual fresh, raw fish - Yama
Most creative rolls with different sauces plus the options of a bar and a hibachi - Ichiban.
Like 'em both. Yama is, by far, the better pure sushi place.
