Grilled (or boiled) shrimp tacos with avocado and a lemon/lime onion/pepper chutney, served in soft tortilla.

Leftover shrimp?
Does not compute. However, if they're boiled, chop em into a shrimp salad, warm them up and make tacos, enchiladas, etc. with them, or just leave them cold and get a bowl of cocktail sauce and go to town.
However, I do not believe leftover shrimp actually exists.

I'll make a salad for myself but these shrimp were given to me from a boil yesterday and I'm seeing the same people Wednesday and I kind of wanted to do something everyone can enjoy.
Eta.....scratch that, I actually like the idea.
Any ideas on a dip? I want to make a couple of things.

Shrimp Chardonnay
grill the shrimp with garlic, L&P, a little lemon. then quickly add one cup of heavy cream and one cup of Chardonnay
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve over rice or angel hair

My girl took me to dinner but I'll try it this week. Have a bit to get rid of before it goes bad.
