Burrito=flour tortilla
Enchilada=corn tortilla
I expect lots of turned up noses toward tex-mex in this thread. Fact is its much more acceptable to the American palate than most Mexican food.

I love tex mex food, but it ain't authentic Mexican, which is very good too, and much more diverse
