What is your perfect restaurant?

If you could make the perfect eatery, what would it be. Fast food or sit down?
What would need to go into it to make it perfect?

Something along the line of Cane's but instead of chicken...fried pork chop sandwhiches!

Mine would be a sit-down, casual place with a bar. The bar would have lots of micro, local, and craft brews on tap. TV's for sports around the bar and where you can see them from most tables.
The restaurant would offer lots of home-style plate lunches (like momma used to make). Dishes like spaghetti, pot roast, steaks, chicken gravy, gumbo, sauce piquet, pork and sausage jambalaya, crawfish fettuccine, crawfish stew, boudan, and fried seafood.
It would also be known for its great burgers and off the wall yet delicious sandwiches.
Oh, and it's a bar with live music at night.
That's what I would have.

Awesome French restaurant specializing in Charcuterie, with a huge Scotch bar.

Inside an MLB ballpark. Would serve burgers, sandwiches and pizza and have an awesome craft beer selection.

Inside an MLB ballpark that nobody knows about. Would serve local grass-fed beef burgers, imported meats and cheese sandwiches and wood-fired Italian meat, local vegetables pizza and have an awesome craft beer selection.

Would be nice R2R. For me though, my perfect restaurant would not have only foods I eat with my hands. I like to use a fork.

I would like to say a restaurant with a nice patio and balcony somewhere close to the ocean. I'd have nice TVs everywhere with a wide selection of games on. Full range of craft breweries on draft serving a wide range of good food (po boys, burgers, sandwiches, fish, oysters on the half shell, shrimp and grits, biscuits and cornbread, etc...)
With all that being said....
I do absolutely love a great English/Irish pub......
