Here is the cheapest it has been offered for. This is also the best package to buy because it comes with the suction cup mount which is expensive to buy separately. the helmet straps in the outdoor edition sold separately are cheaper.

ETA: actually looking at it, the two straps would come out to be the same price as the suction mount. but this one is still cheaper. When i got mine i got all 3 they didnt have an "outdoor" version.

I want one... bad.

ETA: Plus, that suction cup model is perfect for sitting it on top of your outboard and shoot the boat while you bass fish.

Until you drop it in the water...

just tie a tether. or tie a buoy on it. DO NOT TRUST the flotation accessory they sell. it doesnt keep the camera + mounts floating. just the camera and case.

I missed a deal on a motorcycle forum I frequent last week by a few minutes. Guy had bought 3 GoPros, 3 suction cup mounts, various other mounts and a few other things to use for a motorcycle trip. Used them once and then sold the whole package for $325.
