Maybe because I am a vendor at most of these yearly festivals, but no other song in the history of music has annoyed me as much as "tee na na".

Everything about it, from its swamp pop cajun roots, to the lyrics that make no sense, to the melody, to the average amateurs who perform it on stage. And then, every band performs this song. In the course of a weekend at a festival, I hear this song as many as 7 times. It's God awful :(

By the way, what does "Tee Na Na" even mean? Riddle me that???

Little mama. Loosely translated.

I watched a 4 year old sing it at the Shrimp and Petroleum festival. It was cute but also annoying.
