I'd replace my second Howard vote with Kevin Love

I love when people bring up "clutch" like it's something that is actually measured.

This is hard as hell. I think Rondo is underrated. Guy has his flaws, but few players can have games like him and make his teammates significantly better. Can Melo do that? LeBron is the over the top best player (for now).
Note: This list is subject to change every 5 seconds.
1. Lebron
2. Durant
3. Kobe
4. Rose
5. Howard
6. CP3
7. Rondo
8. Wade
9. Westbrook
10. Anthony

My top 10 based on skill and clutch
1. Durant
Gets me every time.

Because he is. I would rather him have the ball in his hands in the closing seconds than LeBron (see Game 2). LeBron (6'8) let Rondo (6'1) intimidate him into taking a forced jump shot when he could have easily taken it to the hole and ended the game.

Anybody who has ever watched him play knows that he's more clutch than LeBron. I bet if we took a poll of this site right now on who's more clutch it would be a 70/30 split in favor of Durant with the 30% being LeBron fanboys.

Don't care about a poll. I care about facts.
Why does the more clutch player perform worse? You don't question that as odd?

Solid reasoning. Cant believe anyone ever questioned your logic

You obviously don't know what the definition of clutch is. LeBron can score 30 points, grab 15 rebounds and dish 10 assists but if he only scores 2 points with no assists in the last 5 minutes of a game. That's not clutch. Whereas Kevin Durant can go 5 for 20 throughout the whole game but scores 20 in the fourth quarter to give his team a win. In order to be the best you gotta come up big in big time moments IMO. Kobe does it. D Wade does it. Carmelo does it. Rose does it. LeBron doesn't do it on a consistent basis so I can't consider him the best in the NBA.

Lemme ask you. Why do consider LeBron the best player in the NBA?

This is factually incorrect.
These are facts that clearly show you are wrong, no?

No one matches his production/efficiency.

Take it from someone who doesn't like leBron, Kobe, or Durant.
LeBron is no doubt the best player in the association

He's the most talented, but not by far.
You can argue that there are a few people that'd you rather have than him in a big moment in a big game though.
