I don't know about should have won, but when you're up 9 in the 4th and lose by 3 on the road, it's tough to say this is the biggest mismatch in WCF history.

Hard to make that case.

It's already been said, but yeah, the Thunder were up 9 going in to the 4th on the road in game 1 and were only down 6 after being down 22 at one point in game 2...real huge mismatch.

That said, the Spurs are fricking good. It will take an off-game for them while the Thunder are on their A game for them to win. They need to win the next 2, that's for sure. Must win situation already.

These aren't 50-60 point blowouts. They've won 2 games by a total of 12 points at home. Let's calm down the overreaction.

Bump

Looks like OKC embarrassed the Spurs.

And bad.

This is why you don't start threads like this after 2 games.

2 games into what, at the time, looked like a 4-game series?

SA rolled hard last game.

Not an unfair or unwarranted observation.

Nobody saw this coming. Maybe someone saw OKC pulling one out. . .but a 25-point win?

Yeah, when the #1 seed won two games at home...big shocker there. Yes it looked bad at times but by no means was the series over at that point. You didn't even wait until the Thunder got back to OKC.

It was an unfair and unwarranted observation, OKC didn't even get blown out in either of the first two games and were actually up by 9 going in to the 4th on the road against the #1 seed. You jumped the gun, there is no explanation for this terrible thread.

Really? OKC is still a young team prone to the typical inconsistencies brought forth by inexperience. They play better at home. It's the playoffs.

Man, there are some knee-jerkers on this board.

i agree, he must have forgotten game one when the spurs were down 9 in the 4th. look, i'm a huge okc fan, but the spurs are the best team in the nba right now. i'm happy the thunder won game 3, and imo they will likely tie the series before going back to san antonio. having said that, i think the spurs win it all this year.
