Facebook is down almost 30% now from its opening. What price does it have to fall to, to make it a good buy?

FB is going to get hit like RIMM.

People dont even click ads while browsing around on FB on their 20" desktop monitor. Who the hell is going to click an ad on a 4" cell phone?

Who didn't think this was going to happen? We've already had the DotCom bust. Why was this any different?

Not this guy. Every major social media that has went public had an initial dip before rebounding. I just got in at $38 because hoped, though probably foolishly, that FB would buck the trend. Not so much bucking it appears. Im still gonna increase my holdings at some point. Just wish I woulda held off on my initial buying.

but what if millions of people buy stock in FB and then go on a "click parade"

would be funny to see happen

maybe someone should start a FB group for "ad-clickers"

Aren't you the one with the huge position at like $500? I hope it turns around for you even though you are financially comfortable with losing the money.

I still wouldn't be surprised to see this thing level off around $63 a share eventually. Unfortunately I got in at $42 so I'm in for the long haul now

if the name of the game was buy high sell low, you'd be the best.

I find the specificity of your number (63) to be very interesting.

How did you come to such an exact number?

I'm not worried, you have the 2nd most visited site in the world trying to figure out how to produce revenue. They have plenty of cash to play around with, until they figure it out. Not very uncommon with IPO's, however most IPOs don't have the cash FB does.

Took their current stock price multiply by FB's volume then add in the new 16 billion they just raised from the IPO.

What does volume have to do with this?

huge being an understatement. It's like the hugest position ever of all positions. No shite. I'm surprised they allow positions that big. And it won't turn around, its never going up. Im sol. Yep, bankruptcy and unemployment for me.

But thanks for the concern
