If becoming a Hall of Fame QB was merely the result of "hard work", then Canton would be overflowing with guys who put in the time and work.
However, there's this little thing---called "talent"---that, coupled with hard work, separates the dime a dozen Jordan Jeffersons of the world from the all-time greats like Peyton Manning, et al.
