I dont think those shoes have anything to do with Liverpool FC. The club has no affiliation with Nike.

Well yeah.. Apparently it was a prototype leak (but I'd say probably a fake) as the trophies on the bottom are modeled after the current trophy.. which LP hasn't won. And Nike can't use the liverbird because of the deal Pool' has with Addidas.
But I found it pretty hilarious.

You don't have to go around restrictions when you're an owner and beats aren't considered apparel or gear. So Adidas can't say anything, I wouldn't think.

Dislike LeBron and hate Liverpool, but the headphones are pretty badass and gifting them to the team was a pretty cool move.
