Today is Winks b/d. What yall recommend for the best birthday lunch in BR? Money is no problem! And for you smart asses, Chucky Cheese is closed today. What you got?

I would go to Stroube's or Mansurs. They have good apps, solid entrees.. And decent wine selection if you have a burfday cocktail.
