4/15/12: Key Changes: removed a mock that was all jacked up, replaced it with DraftAce and YourNFLFDraft. I also placed “**OLD PICK**” next to current pick to denote a change from 4/8 mock.

For more info on the evolution/methodology, you can find
April 8 thread here

Current Sources:
1.) WalterFootball
2.) Football's Future
3.) DraftSite
4.) DraftTek
5.) Draft Countdown
6.) Ourlads
7.) My NFL Draft
8.) SB Nation
9.) New NFL Draft
10.) Football Fan Spot
11.) DraftAce **NEW**
12.) Your NFL Draft **NEW**

Like before, if I feel there is a general consensus, I will put the pick in BOLD. I will also list the highest and lowest prediction for a pick in this format: (high, low). Finally, I will list some other options mentioned when it was close in brackets, and list pick from prior moch like this **OLD PICK**

Here we go:

Yeah, I would prefer defensive help, and the mocks I looked at had DeCastro or Poe going to either the Chiefs or Cowboys. A few had Kirkpatrick to Dallas too. At least one had Barron, too.

Take it FWIW, which is really nothing

Itll be a damn shame if Wright gets picked ahead of Randle

No way Shea Mchlin (sp) from boise drops to 45. Nick Perry is a hot name too so he might go earlier

Sanu is a steal in the second as is Chandler Jones.

Yeah I feel like players with Wright's skill set are a dime a dozen these days.

I think RG3 made him look VERY good.

Yeah, cause Manning will last forever and Caleb Hanie and Adam Weber are the future

QB may be a reach here, but I don't think it's out of the question. We shall see...

Going against Big 12 defenses didnt hurt either

Steven Hill gives me a bad feeling now. I liked him when he was a 2-3rd round guy but now hes up in the 1st and just seems like a bust from that spot

I'd fap if the Eagles got Ingram.

It's hard to read where he and Cox will go.

Early buzz has Ingram in the top 10, and most mocks still have the Jags getting him at 7, but of late there's a lot of buzz around Cox going really high, maybe even to the Rams.

If the Eagles can find a way to get either, I'll be thrilled.

As for Brandon Thompson, a lot of mocks have us going after him, but he doesn't really fit our system. He's more of a space eater/bull type and we like smaller, penetrating type of DTs. He could maybe play the NT for us, but even that I doubt. Doesn't seem like a Mudd type of guy.

Peter King did say recently that he's hearing the Eagles take a QB in the top 2 rounds. Could mean they go get Tannehill, could mean they have a guy in the 2nd they like. But, he has a pretty good track record of knowing what the Eagles will do in some form or fashion.

Nice. Did you get that from a particular site of did you compile on your own? Anyway, I think most of your first round is very realistic. Comparisons:

quote:

7. Jacksonville- Michael Floyd

A little higher than I've run across (and the earliest I've seen). Average position was 11.8, median 13, and the most common occurrence was 13 (AZ). highest I saw was this #7, and lowest was 19.
quote:

13. Arizona- Jonathan Martin

Man, this guys must be moving up. I saw a big spread here, high of 10, low of 32. Average was 20, but if he's moving, that could be low for mocks who haven't updated. If Floyd is gone, this wouldn't surprise me
quote:

15. Philadelphia- Fletcher Cox

Would be a steal, imo
quote:

20. Tennessee- Michael Brockers

I havent seen him mocked to the Titans, but it's not bad. His average was 20.4, so that sounds about right. Still think Titans go Gilmore and Brockers falls goes to Denver at 25.
quote:

28. Green Bay- Shea McClellin

Another one moving up, apparently. High pick 28, low 59!) GB likely to go LB, so this makes sense if he's moving up as fast as some say.
quote:

30. San Francisco- Coby Fleener

This was my toughest call in Round 1. But with Still on the board, I sent him to SF and Fleener fell to the Colts. But it coulda gone either way.

Nice job!

Indeed. Tough call. Ive even seen Coples falling to Dallas at 14. Defensive linemen are all OVER the first round this year...

I agree, I have you grabbing Kirk Cousins with the 51st pick (the one you traded for in the Kolb deal)

Who knows, though...?

Yeah, I think his status is a little inflated because of what Thomas has done in Denver. The dude is an athlete though, I'll give him that. Playing opposite of AJ wouldn't be a bad start in the league for him though.

Ahh forgot to look for that 2nd pick. Apparently Cousins looked really good throwing the ball after spending some time with Chris Weinke (who'd have thought that?).

Cox or Ingram are the two I really want in the first.

If it's Tannehill, I'll be pretty upset... especially if we move up to do it.
