Found the cat playing with (torturing) this guy in the backyard. Never seen anything like it. Whatcha think it is?

Def not a king snake, and he's not a rat snake either. Body type like a racer, but the white spots throw me. Could be a black racer a skin disorder/missing scales.

The longest black rat I've caught was in central Louisiana at 8ft 9 inches.

That's either some kind of coonass snake I've never seen before or a black racer with some weird white freckles.
