A new practice facility downtown (old post office location?), Hornets offices downtown, to go a long with the Sports/Entertainment Complex, the extension of Strettcar Lines and the proposed South Market District would be pretty sweet.

Airline smushed in between the saints practice facility and Zephyr field.. there's room.
A basketball facility should be a decent amount smaller than a football practice facility.. so definitely got the room right there.
