Im looking to have a crawfish boil catered and was wondering if anyone has ever used Tramontes and if it was a good experience? Or if not, then who would ya'll recommend?

I am using Cedric with Best Boilers 806-8561, for a 50 person boil in a few weeks, sounds like a real go getter guy and he brought me a few pounds as a sample, and they were incredible. His prices were much more reasonable than some of the others I checked with and it sounds like he knows what he is doing, I will report back after the boil for a full review

Cazan's is really good. I HIGHLY recommend them. Beautiful crawfish and seasoned just right.
