NFPA 2012 requires a sprinkler system for assembly occupancies over 100,000.

Thats not correct. It would be the NFPA 5000. This is an outdoor stadium that has minimal Hazards. The Kitchen Areas may be required to have some sort of wet pipe system as well as a Range system but the rest of the stadium is fine. Horns/Strobes ran to a fire alarm panel as well as fire extinguishers would be the extent to protection. I will gladly offer my services free to TS if any of this is needed.
