BLOPS chopper gunner (hardcore)

When playing hardcore BLOPS and you get a chopper gunner can you kil your teammates? I often see guys running around without red boxes but I don't know if they are players with Ghost Pro or my temmates so i don't shoot them. Does anyone know?

So I guess I shouldn't shoot anyone without a red box and that really sucks. I was hoping I would be told that I can't see my teammates and the guys without boxes have Ghost Pro. Thanks for the info.

good thing attack dogs just don't attack everyone. Although it would be funny.

I loved using attack dogs with chopper gunner in Core play but I find I kill them too often in Hardcore so i use them seperately now.

Attack dogs can kill your teammates though, even in Core, if they run in front of them in the attack animation. Seen it happen a few times, it'll say the person suicided.

Pevy's dogs have killed me multiple times.
I just have horrible, horrible luck.
