What's the deal with Vince being on this episode?
It had to be filmed AFTER he walked out but they're all huddled around a shop table telling stories and laughing about them like they're all best of friends.
"Reality" TV... Ha!

The stuff I read about Red Jacket is pretty disturbing and contradictory to what is put on the show. No telling what is real and what is fabricated on that show.

Vince apparently owns red jacket now... He probably just wanted out of the show and thats what they proposed for his exit.

Vince no longer runs, owns, or holds Red Jacket's FFL. He got out 100% and started his own business. I cannot remember the name oh his business off the top of my head and I am on my phone.
I stand 100% behind him if the information that I have heard and read is accurate. After each show I usually check out the message boards over on Discovery Channel and it's hilarious. People are calling him all kinds of names and unChristian for what the show depicted. 99% of people are oblivious of who owns and runs Red Jacket and even more oblivious to what went down.

The obvious theft of J.R.R. Tolkien's initials/signature being used as Red Jacket's Logo has always bothered me. I wish the estate of Tolkien would take them to court. Anyway...I would not be surprised by anything that came out about the owner or his daughter.

Nimble, never noticed that before. Even more reason I can't stand RJ.
However, I did make a post a while back referring to my dad and I talking to Chris about a gun. He was very knowledgable and put us in contact with someone who could help us. Nothing like what you see on tv. So I guess it's Will and Stephanie that I do not care for.

Will is the founder? And currently is no longer the owner of the business from what I have read on TD/OB.
I don't care for him either. I would not purchase a firearm or NFA device from his store. Some of the guys that are working there appear to be awesome gunsmiths. I just can't get past the "face" of the company.

Uncanny and I never noticed that either.
Tolkien's is still the wayyyyyyy far and beyond theirs though.

probably in his contract or something

It would be funny if the OB started the movement that brought down the Red Jacket Logo for copyright infringements....

guy I work with bought his AR-15 from academy but it was a red jacket gun.
Gun looks and shoots awesome but he overpaid for it in my own opinion.

I have heard that they take an ordinary AR and do so many modifications on it that they are no loner Mil-Spec.
I have not personally put my hands on one and won't if it cost me any of my money so I cannot confirm. However, why take a AR and "improve" it beyond being Mil-Spec? Kinda defeats the purpose huh.

I agree and for $1300 after taxes and it doesn't come with an optic or BUIS.

The only impressive thing that came out of the behind the scenes show was when they were talking about Flems military record. Being a AirForce SpecOps Helicopter Gunner for 14 years and surviving 3 heli crashes... well I hope it is real. don't think that they would make something like that up. Oh yeah, the hot shell from the Desert Eagle flying down the girls shirt was pretty funny also

I actually graduated with Stephanie. She is a strange bird! If anything is going to come out about her or her family, it probably already has! That whole family is Fricked 3 kinds of sideways. I'm just glad I had nothing to do with her while I was in school!

Mesa Kinetic Research is Vince's new shop.
Because Mil-spec is just a standard, it doesnt mean its the best or the worst. It is just a standard. Mil-Spec changes, so a gun that is mil-spec this year, might not be mil-spec next year. Does that make any sense?

Sounds like he's building rail guns.

She was definitely a blond. She just kept standing there getting hit by shells repeatedly. Try moving to the other side!
I think she was strictly there for eye candy. They probably staged the shell down the shirt thing.
