I believe no merge happens without counton leaving. This has been a horrible season so far beyond the Men pulling the stupid move they did. It looks like the editors saw another tribe that would not win any challenges and put a stop to it. The times it has happened before, the show was unwatchable. Now there may be some question to who wins. THere is no real loyalty among the goups either Men or Women because both counton and Alicia were such divisive figures. Christina just became very valuble.
Also, I would like to know if it is so heavily edited that we get no reason as to why Christina is so disliked. The only thing I saw was the negotiations at the beginning with the men. However, none of the remaining people have been such dominant forces that they aren't able to be voted out. So she should have a chance buy some time.

I think a lot of the dislike for Christina has come because Alicia has been so vocal about her. On the original walk to camp on day 1, Alicia had made up her mind on who her alliance was and Christina was out.
Watching the first 5 minutes last night made me sick. If I was Christina and I knew I was on my way out, I'd have smacked Alicia and Colton just in principle. Colton going home is sweet justice. But I was also rooting for him to get blindsided because that would have hurt much worse than his appendix.

Eh, there probably would have been a merge. It traditionally happens after 6 episodes, and if they plan on having a Final 3 with a jury of nine again, now is the time to do it. They probably just would have sent the tribe that went to Tribal Council back to the other tribe's beach, or had a "You can watch the other tribe's council" reward along with Immunity.

I'll kindly invite you to GTFO out if that's what you think. This season has been extremely entertaining so far with all the crazy characters and situations. It's funny at times, jaw-dropping at others, frustrating...One World so far is the best originals season since China.
