Last year's team would've lost this game, Geauxmer.

Let them celebrate a little.

I couldn't care less how Old Miss celebrated a win or a sweep and I don't care if our kids did some kinda dog-pile after this win.

When did we become such control freaks that we feel the need to tell others what to do/when to do it/how to do it?

Look, if some sports reporter did a story on the LSU baseball team going into the CWS, and the players talked about how they were more even keeled after their regional and super regional wins because they still had "unfinished business" in Omaha, everybody here would view that as a good sign. It's an utterly conventional sports cliche.

I turned off my stream before the dogpile, so I didn't even see it, but let people comment. It's a valid and quite ordinary point to make.

I'm happy for the team, and they do seem to have reached a new level beyond last year, and if they want to celebrate, that's their own choice. But I still believe the conventional wisdom that a team that gets too excited at early wins is less likely to go the distance.

Deal with it.

Doesn't matter to me if they dogpile after every win like the one tonight. Coming from behind in the 1oth to win, they're excited about the win, celebrating on the field....I say let 'em have fun.

It also pisses off the other team.

FWIW, as others have pointed out, it wasn't really a dogpile.

I've seen dominant LSU teams in the 90s celebrate in similar fashion after similar wins.

I must have missed the dogpile. I saw them run to meet jacoby but I didn't see any dogpile. Did one actually happen?

Ikr.. It was very far from a dogpile.. and an extremely typical game winning hit celebration you see even the players in the MLB do.

Everyone? Link that thread and see if any of those posters are in this thread. Just because some LSU fans were pissed off because they lost and in their anger made overblown comments about Ole Miss celebrating has no bearing on whether or not it LSU's team should or should not have engaged in their celebration tonight. NONE.

So call out the hypocritical fans all you want, but that has nothing to do with my opinion or the team's actions tonight. Maybe the OP is one of your pissed off LSU fans from the Ole Miss game. Meaning he is consistently retarded and bitchy.

and this thread pretty much proves that LSU fans will find something to complain about, always.

UK came back and won that game?

frick. At 19-0, this may be one of those UK teams that every 3 or so years approaches being for real.
