Most miserable I have ever been for an LSU football game was UT 05. Monday night , hot/humid as a southeast Asia jungle. It was terrible. People were dropping like flies. And the 2nd half was awful
This was actual one of my favorite game experiences but only because I was able to be on the field for pregame and the national anthem.
My worst experience was the 07 UK game. My parents had just moved to kentucky and my mom had never been to an LSU game and she really wanted to attend. Well, i got tickets for us all and drove the 756 miles to Lexington. At the game we had some jackass behind us who said "we have our own peyton manning back there" every single time Woodson audibled, which was pretty much every single play. Then there is the single most annoying cheer in the world "first dowwwwwwwwwwwwn kennnnnntucky" and the stolen jets chant "c a t s cats cats cats." and of course we lost because of the disappearance of charles scott until the most important run in the game.
Since i now live in Kentucky I will go to high school games in the fall and every single high school in the area uses the "first down insert school name" and it brings back painful memories.

In my limited experience from a band member perspective:
Easily Cap One Bowl '09. Cold, rainy, socks were drenched before the game and remained so throughout. It took us forever to get into our seats, which meant I had to stand without moving even when some drunk a-hole heckled in my ear. The field was so muddy even by pregame that it was hard to keep from slipping and falling on our faces. By halftime they had to (try to) put the field back together, so we weren't allowed to do the show we practiced a lot for.
Then, ultimately, we lost.

2002 - Tiger Stadium - Bama 31, LSU 0.
I was there until the last second. I don't think anything more needs to be said.

You still have nightmares about the draws Bama ran huh?
Carlos - the Florida game at TS in 2001 was definitely played on a cold drizzly day. I'll never forget that miserable experience.

The worst experience I had on gameday has to be the Miami game in '88. Not only did we literally had a hurricane in the stadium and on the field but our flask was discovered on the way into stadium and that friend was left outside. Sucked all the way around, horrendous game, poor results, wet, miserable, cold, and no alcohol
Yep, I was there. Literally could not see the field at time because of the rain. I'll always remember a guy near us taking his poncho, covering up a passed out guy in the student section and giving him his last rites, absolutely wrong and yet so funny! Ahh, to be young again...

1983 Miss State. We were 3-6 to that point in the season. It was about 20 degrees with a swirling wing. John Bond ran all over us. We lost 45-26 and finished the year 4-7. Stayed until the end of the game.

There should be a law against August/Sept day games in Baton Rouge.
October and November as well.

LSU vs Appalachian State was just a terrible experience all around.
Of course, the game was moved up insanely early due to that damn hurricane and Tiger Stadium was comparable to an oven.

Capital One Bowl against Penn State was the worst game day experience I have ever had. Had to stand in the rain for two hours, then sit in the rain for 5 more hours, the field was a mess, the team looked lethargic, it was miserable

Pretty much everything from the year 1999 except that one game when Hal Hunter was head coach. Honestly, I barely a remember thing about those games. I like to think that I was drunk, but I don't even remember getting drunk. I think I have repressed memories from the Tepper days.
Oregon State 2004 was pretty shitty (how many hours did I spend inside/around Tiger Stadium that hot steamy day?), but other than that, game days in B.R. have always been pretty good to me .... at least until the game itself.

1988? Miami rained so hard you could not see the field
That was pretty bad. It was the first time me and my dad left an LSU game at halftime. But it was very cold with hurricane-type torrents of rain, and we had to get home to get ready to leave for Thanksgiving vacation anyway.

03 Fla game. After standing for two hours against the rails waiting for the band to come down, some fellow Tiger fans push their way in front of us, and wanted to fight because we said something. Then we lost, and had to wait for 2 hours in traffic to leave.. Great day.

1981 Tulane 48 LSU 7. Walking out of the Superdome. Tulane still had fans then, and they were every bit as obnoxious as you would think they'd be and more.
Still to this day my worst.

This last NC game when Les wouldn't play another qb even though JJ was horrible. Some call Les the mad hatter, I just think that sometimes he is just mad.

Tiger Stadium 02 Bama game. 1 week after Blugrass miracle. Late ESPN kickoff. Freezing. Biggest offensive play for LSU, Brady James runs up the middle on a fake punt.

This is the first game that popped into my head. We call that game the "Miami Monsoon." Steve Walsh and the Canes kicked our arse. Rained so hard it actually became kind of funny, the conditions were so ridiculously bad.
Next on the list is the 82 game vs Tulane. Rained all day, Tigers were over-confident and would up getting their butts kicked by the Green Wave in Tiger Stadium, just the week after the infamous "Orange/Fog" 55-21 win over Florida. State to earn an Orange Bowl bid. What an emotional roller coaster from Saturday to Saturday that was. From extreme high to extreme low.

O yeah, isn't that the one where Alexander rushed for like 300 yards or something? One of the hardest tickets to get outside the stadium ever. Finally found one from some Bama fans way up in the top of the South Endzone underneath the scoreboard. Luckily, they were a few of the nicer Gump fans I have encountered, but the game was nasty from an LSU perspective. I stayed until the end and beyond too, as I never leave a game early no matter what the score is.

My worst too. It was warm at kickoff then a massive downpour, then wind started whipping up and it got damned cold. Wet, cold.....and LSU got beat 44-3.
To me, that was the worst game in the history of Tiger Stadium and there's been a bunch.

Did anyone go to the last aTm game in Tiger Stadium? That was brutal!
Yea I was in the student section......people were dropping like flies that day. They were trying to get people killed I think with that insane kickoff time.
