if hes healthy enough to play at a high level, then go for it. if not, youre right, its not worth it. everything im saying is contingent on him being healthy. being 90% of his former self.

Jacksonville has a new coach and a new owner with deep pockets. They were also $32 million under the cap last year, and can carry that over to this year if they choose. If they trade for Manning, they could afford his salary for this year.

There is no way to know that until he plays and the bullets start flying. Its a lot easier to decide to stay in in poker if after you've seen all the cards.

Thats a nice story, but it doesn't always work that way in the real world. I don't think anyone would purposely sulk and pout, but if people feel the team fricked Schaub, that could have lasting effects, its naive to say otherwide. They maybe pros, but they are also human.
